कोरोना वायरस की वजह से पूरी दुनिया में दहशत का माहौल है. इस वायरस की वजह से हजारों मौतें हो चुकी हैं और सैकड़ों लोग प्रभावित हुए हैं. तो वहीं दुनिया के सुपरपावर कहा जाने वाले देश के सामने भी मुश्किल की घड़ी है. कोरोना वायरस की महामारी को देखते हुए राष्ट्रपति डोनाल्ड ट्रंप ने मलेरिया के इलाज में उपयोग होने वाली हाइड्रॉक्सीक्लोरोक्वीन (Hydroxychloroquine) दवाई के लिए भारत से मदद मांगी है. पूरी दुनिया इस दवाई को कोरोना वायरस के इलाज की एक उम्मीद तरह देख रही है यही नहीं इस दवाई को 'गेमचेंजर' का दर्जा दिया जा रहा है.

भारत ने भी ट्रंप की डिमांड को देखते हुए हाइड्रॉक्सीक्लोरोक्वीन (Hydroxychloroquine) के निर्यात से बैन हटा दिया है. बताया जा रहा है इस दवाई के लिए पूरी दुनिया को भारत से काफी उम्मीद है क्योंकि इस दवाई की पूरी सप्लाई का 70 फीसदी हिस्सा भारत देश में ही बनता है. दावा किया जा रहा है कि भारत ने अप्रैल-जनवरी 2019-2020 के दौरान 1.22 बिलियन अमेरिकी डॉलर मूल्य की हाइड्रॉक्सीक्लोरोक्वीन ओपीआई (API) एक्सपोर्ट किया था.

वहीं इंडियन फार्मास्‍यूटिकल अलायंस (IPA) के महासचिव सुदर्शन जैन का कहना है कि पूरी दुनिया को भारत हाइड्रॉक्सीक्लोरोक्वीन (Hydroxychloroquine) दवाई का 70 फीसदी सप्लाई करता है. यही नहीं दावा किया जा रहा है कि भारत में इस दवा बनाने की कैपेसिटी काफी प्रभावी है. भारत 30 दिन में 40 टन हाइड्रॉक्सीक्लोरोक्वीन (Hydroxychloroquine) दवाई बनाने की क्षमता रखता है. यानी इस तरह से 20 मिली ग्राम की 20 करोड़ टैबलेट्स बनाई जा सकती हैं.

जानकारी के मुताबिक इस दवाई का उपयोग ह्यूमेटॉयड ऑर्थराइटिस और लूपुस जैसी बीमारियों के लिए भी होता है तो इसका प्रोडक्शन अभी भी बढ़ाया जा सकता है. इस दवाई को बनाने वाली कंपनियों में इप्का लैबोरेट्रीज (Ipca Laboratories), ज़ेडस कैडिला (Zydus Cadila) और वैलेस फार्मास्यूटिकल्स (Wallace Pharmaceuticals) नाम शामिल है. वहीं भारत के केंद्रीय स्‍वास्‍थ्‍य एवं परिवार कल्‍याण मंत्रालय की तरफ से हाल ही में ज़ेडस कैडिला (Zydus Cadila) और इप्का लैबोरेट्रीज (Ipca Laboratories) को हाइड्रॉक्सीक्लोरोक्वीन  की 10 करोड़ टैबलेट्स बनाने का ऑर्डर दिया गया है.

शुरुआती तौर पर सरकार इस बात का पता लगाने में लगी हुई है कि भारत को कोरोना वायरस से निपटने के लिए कितनी  दवाइयों की जरूरत पढ़ेगी. साथ ही अमेरिका की गुजारिश पर निर्यात पर बैन हटा दिया गया है. इसे देखते हुए भारत ने हाइड्रॉक्सीक्लोरोक्वीन का आउटपुट और प्रोडक्शन को बढ़ा दिया है. बल्कि कुछ दिनों पहले इसको उन सामानों की लिस्ट में रखा गया था जिनके एक्सपोर्ट पर बैन लगाया गया था.

बता दें हाइड्रॉक्सीक्लोरोक्वीन दवाई का अमेरिका जैसे विकसित देशों में उत्पादन नहीं होता है क्योंकि वहां मलेरिया का नामोनिशान नहीं है. क्लोरोक्वीन सबसे पुरानी और अच्छी दवाइयों में से एक है और इसके साइड इफेक्टस भी कम होते हैं. ये दवा काफी कम दामों में उपलब्ध हो जाती है.

अमेरिकी राष्ट्रपति डोनाल्ड ट्रंप ने कोरोना वायरस की महामारी से निपटने के मामले में विश्व स्वास्थ्य संगठन (डब्ल्यूएचओ) को आड़े हाथों लिया है. उन्होंने डब्ल्यूएचओ को लेकर चीन पर अधिक ध्यान देने का आरोप लगाया है.

डोनाल्ड ट्रंप ने कहा है, 'विश्व स्वास्थ्य संगठन को अमेरिका से बड़े पैमाने पर धन मिलता है. मैंने चीन के लिए यात्रा पर बैन लगाया तो वो मुझसे असहमत थे और उन्होंने (डब्ल्यूएचओ) ने मेरी आलोचना की. वे बहुत सारी चीजों के बारे में गलत थे. ऐसा लग रहा है कि उनका चीन पर ज्यादा ध्यान है. हम डब्ल्यूएचओ पर खर्च की जाने वाली धनराशि पर रोक लगाने जा रहे हैं.'

डोनाल्ड ट्रंप ने पत्रकारों से कहा कि वह विश्व स्वास्थ्य संगठन पर बड़ी रोक लगाने जा रहे हैं. संयुक्त राष्ट्र के इस निकाय के फंडिग का बड़ा स्रोत अमेरिका है. 'अमेरिका पहले' का नारा देने वाले डोनाल्ड ट्रंप ने कहा, 'हम डब्ल्यूएचओ पर खर्च किए जाने वाले धन पर रोक लगाने जा रहे हैं.' ट्रंप पहले भी संयुक्त राष्ट्र के तहत काम करने वाली एजेंसियों को निशाने पर ले चुके हैं.

हालांकि प्रेस कॉन्फ्रेंस के दौरान उन्होंने इस बारे में कोई जानकारी नहीं दी कि डब्ल्यूएचओ के लिए खर्च किए जाने वाले कितने पैसे पर रोक लगाएंगे. डोनाल्ड ट्रंप ने कहा: "मैं यह नहीं कह रहा कि मैं यह करने जा रहा हूं." उन्होंने कहा, 'हम फंडिंग खत्म करने पर विचार करेंगे.' डोनाल्ड ट्रंप के मुताबिक डब्ल्यूएचओ "चीन की ओर बहुत पक्षपाती प्रतीत होता है. यह सही नहीं है."

बहरहाल, डोनाल्ड ट्रंप का यह बयान ऐसे समय आया है, जब पूरी दुनिया कोरोना वायरस की महामारी से जूझ रहा है. अमेरिका में कोरोना वायरस से निपटने को लेकर अपने रवैये पर ट्रंप खुद भी आलोचना के घेरे में हैं.

विश्व स्वास्थ्य संगठन पर अपनी इस टिप्पणी से पहले डोनाल्ड ट्रंप का भारत को लेकर दिया गया बयान भी चर्चा के केंद्र में रहा. डोनाल्ड ट्रंप ने मलेरिया की ‘हाइड्रोक्सीक्लोरोक्वीन’ दवाई ना देने पर भारत को छुपे शब्दों में कड़े परिणाम भुगतने की चेतावनी दी थी. उन्होंने कहा कि निजी अनुरोध के बाद भी भारत का दवाई ना देना उनके लिए चौंकाने वाला होगा क्योंकि वॉशिंगटन के नई दिल्ली के साथ अच्छे संबंध हैं.

बता दें कि हाइड्रोक्सीक्लोरोक्वीन मलेरिया की एक पुरानी और सस्ती दवाई है. ट्रंप इसे कोरोना वायरस के इलाज के लिए व्यवहारिक बता रहे हैं. कोरोना वायरस संक्रमण से अमेरिका में 12,000 से अधिक लोगों की जान जा चुकी है और करीब साढ़े तीन लाख लोग इससे संक्रमित हैं.Donald Trump's attack on WHO between Corona and war, says - China pays attention, will stop funding

 US President Donald Trump has slammed the World Health Organization (WHO) for dealing with the corona virus epidemic.  He has accused China of paying more attention to WHO.Donald Trump has said, 'The World Health Organization receives a large amount of money from America.  When I banned travel to China, he disagreed with me and he (WHO) criticized me.  They were wrong about a lot of things.  It seems that they are more focused on China.  We are going to ban the amount spent on WHO.However, during the press conference, he did not give any information about how much money will be spent on the WHO.  Donald Trump said: "I am not saying that I am going to do this."  He said, "We will consider ending funding."  According to Donald Trump, WHO "seems to be very biased towards China. आईआरसीटीसी ने 2 तेजस ट्रेनों और एक काशी महाकाल एक्सप्रेस में सीटों की बुकिंग पर 30 अप्रैल तक के लिए रोक लगा दी है.

कोरोना संक्रमण की वजह से इस वक्त पूरे देश में लॉकडाउन जारी है जो 14 अप्रैल तक चलेगा. लॉकडाउन की वजह से देश में पहली बार भारतीय रेल के पहिये थम गए हैं और ट्रेनें नहीं चल रही हैं.

14 अप्रैल के बाद उम्मीद जताई जा रही थी कि ट्रेनों का परिचालन फिर से शुरू हो सकता है. लेकिन आईआरसीटीसी ने तीन ट्रेनों में सीटों की बुकिंग पर 30 अप्रैल तक रोक लगा दी है जिससे आशंका जताई जा रही है कि लॉकडाउन की अवधि को 30 अप्रैल तक बढ़ाया जा सकता है.

आईआरसीटीसी ने 2 तेजस ट्रेनों और एक काशी महाकाल एक्सप्रेस में सीटों की बुकिंग पर 30 अप्रैल तक के लिए रोक लगा दी है.

भारतीय रेल कैटरिंग और टूरिज्म कॉर्पोरेशन (आईआरसीटीसी) के प्रवक्ता ने इसकी पुष्टि करते हुए कहा है देश में विषम परिस्थितियों को देखते हुए अभी तीन ट्रेनों में बुकिंग पर रोक लगा दी गई है.

बता दें कि बीते मार्च महीने में कोरोना वायरस के संक्रमण को रोकने के लिए एहतियातन आईआरसीटीसी ने अपने सभी फूड प्लाजा, रिफ्रेशमेंट रूम, जन आहार केंद्र और रसोई को पूरी तरह बंद कर दिया था.

सवाल ये है कि आखिर इस नए कोरोना की वापसी कैसे हुई? जबकि पुराना कोरोना अब भी मौजूद है. उससे भी बड़ा सवाल ये कि इस नए कोरोना की शुरुआत भी चीन के उसी हुबेई प्रांत से ही क्यों हुई, जहां से कोरोना का जन्म हुआ था?

नए कोरोना के मरीजों की खबर जैसे-जैसे दुनिया में फैल रही है. वैसे-वैसे कोरोना से पीड़ित मुल्कों की सांसें और ज्यादा फूलने लगी हैं. एक तो पहले ही दुनिया के ज्यादातर देशों के लिए कोरोना से निपटना मुश्किल हो रहा है. और अब अगर उससे ठीक हुए मरीजों में भी कोरोना ने री-एंट्री कर दी. तो फिर दुनिया के लिए हालात संभालना मुश्किल हो जाएगा. हालांकि गनीमत ये है कि दुनिया के पास इस चैलेंज से निपटने और उसकी तैयारी के लिए अभी वक्त है.

अब सवाल ये है कि आखिर इस नए कोरोना की वापसी कैसे हुई? जबकि पुराना कोरोना अब भी मौजूद है. उससे भी बड़ा सवाल ये कि इस नए कोरोना की शुरुआत भी चीन के उसी हुबेई प्रांत से ही क्यों हुई, जहां से कोरोना का जन्म हुआ था? दरअसल, हुआ ये कि लॉकडाउने के बाद चीन के हुबेई में कोरोना का ग्राफ बहुत तेजी से नीचे गिरा.

मार्च के महीने में तो वहां कोरोना के सिर्फ इक्के-दुक्के मामले ही सामने आए. इसलिए चीन को लगा कि हुबेई से अब ये बीमारी खत्म हो चुकी है. और चूंकि कोई नए मामले सामने नहीं आ रहे थे. लिहाजा चीनी सरकार ने हुबेई से लॉकडाउन को हटाना सही समझा. ये इसलिए था ताकि वहां ठप पड़ी उनकी इकॉनोमी दोबारा से चल सके.

25 मार्च को चीन की सरकार ने हुबेई सूबे में सिर्फ वुहान को छोड़कर बाकी सब जगहों से लॉकडाउन हटा दिया. इधर, लॉकडाउन हटा और उधर, महज 3 से 4 दिन के बाद से ही कोरोना के मरीजों के नए मामले सामने आने शुरू हो गए. किसी को समझ नहीं आया कि ये क्या हो रहा है. अचानक ये मामले फिर से कैसे और क्यों सामने आने लगे. यकीनन ये चीजें हैरान करने वाली थीं. क्योंकि चीन के हुबेई सूबे में कोरोना का ग्राफ बता रहा था कि 22 जनवरी से यहां कोरोना के मामले शुरु हुए और लॉकडाउन की वजह से एक महीने में ही ये मामले तकरीबन खत्म हो गए थे.@@@ Corona Returns in China: A mistake spoils the game of dragons, India should take care

 As the news of new corona patients is spreading in the world.  By the way, the breath of the countries suffering from corona has started to increase more.  First of all, it is becoming difficult for most countries of the world to deal with Corona.  And now if Corona did re-entry even in patients who recovered from it.  Then it will be difficult for the world to handle the situation.  The reward, however, is that the world still has time to tackle and prepare for this challenge.Now the question is, how did this new corona come back?  While the old corona still exists.  A bigger question than that, why did this new corona also originate in the same Hubei province of China from where the corona was born?  Actually, it happened that after the lockdown, the graph of Corona in Hubei of China dropped down very fast.
