इंटरनेट डेस्क। नवरात्रों में देवी दुर्गा के नौ रूप तथा आदिशक्ति के दश महाविद्या स्वरुप की पूजा-अर्चना की जाती है। नवरात्र की इन प्रमुख नौ तिथियों में आदिशक्ति का पूजन, तंत्रोक्त पाठ आदि कर्म संपन्न किए जाते हैं। नवरात्र शक्ति की उपासना का महापर्व हैं। इन नौ दिनों में कोई भी ऐसा काम नहीं करना चाहिए जिससे मां अप्रसन्न हो जाएं। नवरात्र क नौ दिनों में क्या न करें जिससे देवी क्रोधित हों इसके बारे में हम आपको बता रहे हैं....

नवरात्रों में क्या न करें
1- एक घर में तीन शक्तियों की पूजा न करें।
2- बाल और नाखून न काटें।
3- मांस, मछली, अंडे आदि मांसाहार से परहेज करना चाहिए।
4- नवरात्र में चमड़े से बनी वस्तुओं का प्रयोग न करें।
5- नवरात्र के दौरान प्याज, लहसुन, शलगम और गाजर न खाएं।


6- ब्रह्म मुहूर्त में उठ जाएं, सूर्योदय के बाद सोएं नहीं।
7- ब्रह्मचर्य का पालन करें।
8- किसी पशु-पक्षी को नुकसान न पहुंचाएं।
9- तंबाकू, शराब का सेवन न करें ।

बेकार नहीं जाते अंडे के छिलके

एक हेल्दी डाइट के लिए ज्यादातर घरों में अंडे का इस्तेमाल किया जाता है। हम हमेशा अंडे खाने के बाद उसके छिलकों को अक्सर फेंक देते है। जिस तरह से अंडा सेहत के लिए बहुत उपयोगी है उसी तरह से अंडे के छिलके भी बहुत काम आते है। आज हम आपको अंडे के छिलके से होने वाले कई फायदों के बारें में बताएंगे जिसे जानने के बाद आप अंडे के छिलके को फेंकना बंद कर देंगे।
अंडे के छिलके के फायदे
1- अंडे के छिलकों को धोकर उसका पाउडर बना लें। इस पाउडर को अंडे की जर्दी में मिला कर फेस पैक बना लें। इस फेस पैक को लगाने से आपकी त्वचा को नमी मिलती है। आप इस पैक को हफ्ते में 2-3 बार जरुर लगायें।
2- दांतों के पीलेपन से परेशान हैं तो अंडे के छिलकों को बारीक पीस लें, इस पाउडर को प्रतिदिन अपने दांतों पर रगड़ें कुछ ही दिनों में आपको दांत चमकने लगेंगे।
3- अंडे का छिलके को घर के आंगन और गार्डन में रखने से सभी तरह के कीड़े मकौड़े दूर भाग जाते है।
4- कपड़ों की चमक बरकरार रखने के लिए एक छोटी बाल्टी में दो चम्मच अंडों के छिल्कों का पाउडर डालकर रातभर के लिए रख दें। फिर अगले दिन कपड़ों को धोएं।
5- सब्जियों और फलों को कीड़ा लगने से बचाने के लिए अंडे के छिलकों को तोड़कर सब्जियों के आसपास रख दें। इससे कीड़े हमेशा दूर रहेंगे।
6- बिल्लियों को घर से भगाने के लिए भी अंडे का इस्तेमाल किया जा सकता है। जिस जगह पर बिल्लियां ज्यादा आती है उस जगह पर अंडे के छिलके तोड़कर डाल दें।
7- अंडे के छिलके के पाउडर को अंडे में मिलाकर चेहरे पर लगाने से चेहरा तरो-ताजा और चमकदार बन जाता है। यह त्वचा में रूखेपन को भी तेजी से कम करता है।
8- अधिक गंदे बर्तनों को चमकदार बनाने के लिए साबुन के पानी में अंडे के छिलकों के पाउडर को मिलाएं और कुछ देर हिलाएं। इसके बाद जब आप बर्तन धोएंगे तो गंदगी झट से गायब हो जाएगी।
9- अगर आपके घर में छिपकलियां है तो इनको भगाने के लिए अंडे के छिलके के इनके सामने रख दें।

योगी सरकार का बजट पास

योगी सरकार का पहला बजट मंगलवार को पेश हुआ. उत्तर प्रदेश के वित्त मंत्री राजेश अग्रवाल ने विधानसभा में बजट पेश किया. यूपी सरकार का कुल बजट 3 लाख 84 हजार करोड़ रुपये का है. बजट के अंदर 36 हजार करोड़ रुपये कर्जमाफी के लिए आवंटित किए गए हैं. ये बजट पिछले बजट से 10.9 प्रतिशत अधिक है. बजट के अंदर आबकारी शुल्क से राजस्व संग्रह लक्ष्य 20 हजार 593 करोड़ 23 लाख रुपये तय किया गया है. वहीं अनुमानित राजकोषीय घाटा 2017-18 में 42967,86 करोड़ का अनुमानित है.

अमरनाथ हमले की कड़ी निंदा

योगी आदित्यनाथ ने कहा कि हम सब अमरनाथ यात्रा पर हुए हमले की कड़ी निंदा करते हैं, हम सभी को इसके खिलाफ एकजुट होना चाहिए. हमारे सुरक्षाबल के जवान इस यात्रा को सुरक्षित करने में लगे हैं, पीएम और गृहमंत्री ने पूरी घटना की सूचना ली है.

उन्होंने कहा कि ये एक कायराना हरकत है, पूरे देश को इसकी निंदा करनी चाहिए. आतंकवाद की लड़ाई किसी राज्य की नहीं है, पूरे देश की लड़ाई है. इस लड़ाई में हम सबको सहयोग करना चाहिए.

योगी ने कहा कि हमने इस घटना के बाद हमने सोमवार रात को ही सुरक्षा पर बैठक बुलाई थी, सावन के महीने में श्रद्धालुओं की संख्या काफी बढ़ जाती है. यूपी में भी लाखों की संख्या में श्रद्धालु सम्मिलित होते हैं. हमारी सरकार ने रात को ही अलर्ट जारी कर दिया था और हरसंभव मदद करने की व्यवस्था करने का वादा किया है.

उन्होंने कहा कि कांवड़ यात्रा पर जाने वाले श्रद्धालुओं से अपील की है कि वे शरारती तत्वों से सावधानी बरतें. योगी ने कहा कि मैंने इस मुद्दे पर पहले भी बैठक ली थी, प. यूपी में भी इस मुद्दे पर अलग से बैठक हुई थी.

योगी बोले कि हम लोग कांवड़ यात्रा के श्रद्धालुओं के लिए दिशा-निर्देश यात्रा जारी किए हैं, हम किसी श्रद्धालु की भावना को आहत नहीं होने देंगे. कोई भी प्रशासन किसी श्रद्धालु को जबरदस्ती नहीं रोकेगा. योगी ने कहा कि सभी श्रद्धालु अपना आईडी कार्ड अपने साथ रखे, ताकि कोई संकट ना आ पाए.
